What areas do you service?
We are based in Hyden, WA, and proudly service Hyden and the surrounding Wheatbelt communities. We also provide long-distance towing when required.
Do you offer 24/7 towing?
Yes. We provide 24-hour towing services, seven days a week, so you can rely on us whenever your vehicle breaks down or you're involved in an accident.
What types of vehicles can you tow?
We tow small to medium-sized vehicles, including cars, SUVs, 4WDs, utes, vans and light commercial vehicles.
Can you tow my vehicle to Perth?
Yes. We can transport vehicles from Hyden to Perth and other destinations as required. Contact us to discuss your transport needs.
Do you provide RAC call-outs?
Yes. We are an RAC call-out provider and can assist eligible RAC members with roadside recovery and towing services.
Can you service my new vehicle without affecting the warranty?
Yes. We carry out professional warranty servicing in accordance with manufacturer requirements, helping you maintain your vehicle while protecting its warranty.
What mechanical repairs do you perform?
We provide a full range of mechanical services, including routine servicing, major mechanical repairs, brake repairs, suspension work, steering repairs, engine diagnostics, cooling system repairs and general vehicle maintenance.
Do I need to book my vehicle in for servicing?
We recommend booking ahead so we can schedule your vehicle and minimise waiting times. If you have an urgent repair, contact us and we'll do our best to assist as quickly as possible.
Do you offer major mechanical repairs?
Yes. Our experienced mechanics carry out everything from routine servicing through to major mechanical repairs on a wide range of vehicle makes and models.
Can you inspect my vehicle if I think something is wrong?
Absolutely. If you notice unusual noises, warning lights, vibrations or changes in performance, we can inspect your vehicle, diagnose the problem and recommend the appropriate repairs.
Do you offer secure vehicle storage?
Yes. We have secure on-site vehicle storage available for customers whose vehicles need to remain with us following a breakdown, towing recovery or repairs.
Can you tow my vehicle directly to your workshop?
Yes. If your vehicle requires repairs, we can tow it directly to our Hyden workshop, making the entire process simple and convenient.
